Callum Turner describes marrying Dua Lipa as ‘the most beautiful day of my life’

Callum Turner has called his wedding to Dua Lipa the “most beautiful day of my life”.
The 36-year-old actor married the pop star, 30, at a small ceremony in London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall in May, before reportedly having a three-day second wedding in Sicily, Italy.
Speaking to Esquire UK, Turner has now commented on tying the knot.
He said: “It was amazing, and it was… it was the most beautiful day of my life.”
“We went to the park yesterday, and everyone who walked past said, ‘Congratulations’. It was pretty surreal.”
Speaking to the publication, Turner also said it was “nice to find someone that you love and who loves you and you want to be around all the time”.
Asked about his plans for the next decade and whether they included starting a family, he added: “Obviously, yeah, I’m 36. I’d like to have a family and raise some kids.”
In the interview Turner also spoke about travelling the world with his wife, saying they were “part of the same circus”.
He said: “We both have the same thing in our head that says, ‘Run, roam, see the world, explore and discover’. And yeah, we love doing it together.”
However, following the attention placed on their recent wedding celebrations, the actor admitted he found it “weird” to have “such a personal thing happen” and then have it “spoken about publicly and by a lot of people”.
Turner and Lipa have been in a relationship since January 2024. The English-Albanian singer announced their engagement, after speculation online, in an interview with British Vogue in June 2025.
She rose to fame in 2016 after the release of her hit Be The One, and later with her 2017 single New Rules.
The same year she released her self-titled debut album Dua Lipa which reached number three in the UK album charts, followed by 2020’s Future Nostalgia which hit number one.
Lipa has won several Brit Awards and three Grammys, and headlined Glastonbury Festival shortly after the release of her third studio album Radical Optimism in 2024, which also took the number one spot on the UK albums chart.
Turner is also known for starring in drama The Capture and a film adaptation of Jane Austen’s Emma.
He also stars in romantic comedy One Night Only – which will be released later this month – and is among the bookies’ favourites to be the next actor to play James Bond.
