Love Island's Seán 'Fitzy' Fitzgerald's sister has said she loves Lola and thinks the couple are the real deal.
Katie Fitzgerald said their parents knew nothing about Love Island, but now the family sit down to watch the show each night.
Speaking on Newstalk, she said: "He is just being himself, like he's not the type of person to kind of like go around and just kiss all the different girls.
"I love Lola. I love her so much. My parents love her. I think she's good."
She also said she expects him to return to teaching and football once the show is over.
It was announced at the end of May that the 25-year-old primary school teacher would be featuring on the reality television show, which kicked off its 13th season on June 1st.
Fitzgerald played football for his local club Bearna, and made his senior debut for Galway in 2022. He made his first SFC appearance a year later.
He started the 2024 All-Ireland final and has won four consecutive Connacht SFC championship medals. He also won an U20 All-Ireland title in 2020.
