The aim of the  Adult Literacy For Life (ALL) Programme is to assist adults who have literacy, numeracy, and digital and financial literacy needs.

It comes after analysis of the 1911 census records.

Public, non-profit, community and voluntary organisations are being encouraged to apply for grants of up to €50,000.
