The US singer and brother of Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter was found dead at his home in California in November aged 34.

Ms Schuman, who was part of US girl band Dream, filed the claim against Mr Carter on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

The designer said her mother died in the week aged 101 and asked Boseman to take care of her.

The group said they had ‘heavy hearts’ during the performance in the O2 Arena and had wanted to find a moment in the show to recognise the singer.

The US musician opened for the US boy band on a number of tours and concerts.
