Lord Mayor’s Gala Christmas Concert, Cork City Hall, 8pm: With the theme ‘A Very Cork Christmas’, this year’s edition will celebrate tradition, music, and community spirit, raising money for Cork charities. Tickets €30.

Karen Underwood: The Music of Nina Simone, Briery Gap, Macroom, 8pm: If you like the music of Nina Simone, this is for you. Tickets €30.

Tara Casey, Cyprus Avenue, 11pm: Tara made serious waves over the summer after playing Terminus at Electric Picnic, and Live at the Marquee. Tickets €11.

Concert on Film: André Rieu’s 2025 ‘Merry Christmas’, Briery Gap, Macroom, 7pm: Big screen experience, and lots of surprises. Tickets €20.

Jim E Brown, Cyprus Avenue, 7pm: Fresh off a string of sold-out shows worldwide, Manchester’s prodigal songster makes his Cork bow. Tickets €22.
