Two Cork professional boxers Cathal Crowley and Kuba Pielesz will be back in action this Saturday night when they will fight on JB Promotion’s UNFINISHED BUSINESS Card at the Leopardstown Race Course, which will be streamed live in Triller TV.

Crowley stoped his last opponent Polish fighter Adam Cieslak in style at the GCU Credit Parochial Arena last February and he will be looking for the same again on Saturday night.

His opponent is Petr Strnad from Czechia and he will be coming in with a four and four record, however, Crowley will be looking for his ninth victory, as there are talks of big title fight with the current Irish Super Middleweight Champion Emmet Brennan later in August.

“I am very excited for this fight on May 30th this will be my second fight of the year already,” Cathal said.

“I’m looking forward to staying busy this year and getting as many fights as possible.

“My opponent for this fight is Petr Strnad he has a 4-4 record, so he will be coming to win and I’m looking forward to breaking him down to try get another big KO this year.

“My camps been great, with unreal sparring with English star Ben Whittaker, Hamzah Sheraz and Daniel O’Sullivan.

"I also had a warm weather training over in Portugal with Heavyweight legend Dillian Whyte in preparation for this fight.

“I’m looking the best I’ve ever been, so looking forward to showing off what I’ve been working on under the lights.

“After this fight all going well I’m looking to fight for the Irish Super Middleweight title in the 3Arena on August 1st.

“I’d like to thanks all my sponsors who’ve stuck with me and help make life little easier in training camp, all my friends and of course my family who’ll be coming up and supporting me on the night like they always do,” Crowley added.

Kuba Pielesz will be fighting his second professional fight when he will take on the very experienced Romanian Stefan Nicolae in a Super Featherweight contest.

Pielesz won his first fight on points against Jakob Laskowski from Poland in a four round contest also at the Parochial Hall and he will be looking to put on a show for his travelling supporters from Leeside.

“I’m very excited to get out again this Saturday for my second fight as a professional and show more of my abilities in power and skill,” Kuba said.

“My preparation went all good with all the boxes getting ticked off, so come fight night I will be more than ready.

“Coming up against another tough durable and experienced opponent that’s been in with some big names, so I can’t wait to make a statement against this opponent.

“Training camp is going good up in Dublin with Pachal Collins and the team spending half the week in Dublin and half of it in Cork with my past amateur coaches and my strength and conditioning coach Dave O’Connor.

“I want to thank my mother Agnieszka , my two brothers Martin and Adrian who always back me to the max , all my coaches, family and friends who buy tickets and my sponsors that are helping me build myself, it wouldn't be possible without my sponsors helping me,” Pielesz concluded.
