The man accused of burgling two commercial premises in Cork city centre on the same night.

A man accused of burgling two commercial premises in Cork city centre on the same night has been remanded in custody until October 15.

Sergeant John Dineen said directions were awaited from the Director of Public Prosecutions in the case.

Paul Bulman, aged 41, of Cork Simon Community, is charged that, at Cork Clearance Outlet at French Church Street, on March 12, he caused €2,400 worth of criminal damage and stole more than €1,100 in cash.

On the same date, he is charged with burglary, in the early hours, at The Old Town Taqueria Café on Pembroke Street.
