Cases against men accused of criminal damage at Cork container premises adjourned

The three defendants had the cases against them put back to June 26. 

Three men accused of causing criminal damage at Calnan’s Containers in Glanmire had the cases against them put back until June 25.

Dusan Kotler, aged 29, of Brooklodge Square, Glanmire; Donal Bullman, aged 29, of Willow Gardens, Brooklodge, Glanmire; and Angelo Arundel, aged 31, of Shannon Lawn, Mayfield, had their cases adjourned for them to consider whether to plead guilty or contest the cases.

They are charged with trespassing on May 26, 2024 and causing criminal damage to piping, wiring, cisterns, water heaters, sinks, taps, sockets, fire alarms, and fittings inside 29 containers used as offices, bathrooms, and classrooms.

Angelo Arundel and Donal Bullman face similar charges of trespass and criminal damage at this same location on May 19, 2024.
