Cork-based law firm Ronan Daly Jermyn (RDJ) has been awarded the Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation, the highest such award given by the Irish Centre for Diversity.

The firm, headquartered on the South Mall in Cork city centre, was recognised for its ongoing commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and is now one of just 41 organisations in Ireland to achieve the accreditation.

People and culture director at RDJ, Fionnuala Power, said the accreditation marked “an important milestone for RDJ and a strong endorsement of the work being done across the firm to foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive workplace”.

“This recognition reflects the commitment of our people and leadership to embedding diversity and inclusion into how we work every day — not just as a policy, but as a lived experience,” said Ms Power.

“We are proud of this achievement and remain focused on continuing to learn, listen, and evolve.”
