Jordan and Cian Adams, better known as The FTD Brothers, were presented with the first medal for the 2026 Analog Devices Cork City Marathon on Monday.

The British siblings, who have been raising funds and awareness for Early-onset Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) research since the death of their mother in 2016, were presented with the honorary medal following completion of their 23rd marathon in recent weeks.

The pair has been undertaking a 32 Marathons in 32 Days challenge, where both siblings, who have been diagnosed with the same FTD gene their mother had, are completing a series of races across Ireland in just over a month’s period.

Half of their £1.4m fundraising target will be donated to the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland. The Cork City Marathon takes place on May 31.
