Irish rappers Kneecap are coming to Live at the Marquee in Cork this summer, with the Belfast-Derry rap group performing at the Leeside venue on July 6.
The news comes ahead of two sold-out Kneecap appearances at the Savoy in Cork next week, and also after the recent release of the group's latest album.
Fenian topped the Irish albums chart earlier this month and also reached number two in the UK album chart.
The group, consisting of Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap, and DJ Próvaí, have gained international recognition for their politically-charged lyrics and their outspoken stance on various issues including their support for Palestine.
They released their debut album Fine Art in 2024, and have in recent times made major festival appearances including at Coachella and Glastonbury.
Tickets for the Kneecap gig at Live at the Marquee Cork go on sale this Friday May 22 at 9am from Ticketmaster.ie.
Live at the Marquee in Cork this year commences on June 10 with the K-Pop Forever! tribute.
The series of gigs will run until July 8, with acts such as Kesha, David Gray, Tom Grennan and Two Door Cinema Club performing over the summer.
