A book of evidence will be served on June 4 on a 27-year-old man accused of one count of burglary and 35 counts of theft from the CEX store at Blackpool shopping centre.

Nikola Orsanic who lives at an apartment at Thomas Davis Street, Blackpool, Cork, appeared at Cork District Court represented by Frank Buttimer solicitor.

Sergeant Gearóid Davis confirmed that there would be a total of 36 charges in the book of evidence.

Judge Catherine Ryan adjourned the case until June 4 for service of the book of evidence.
