Cork woman admits assault on female in north Cork town

Sentencing could not be reached so Judge Helen Boyle adjourned the case for that purpose until June.

June 30 is the date that was set for sentencing of a woman who admitted assault causing harm to another woman in Cork.

30-year-old Chloe O’Sullivan of Mill Park, Mallow Road, Cork, appeared before Cork Circuit Criminal Court for sentencing on the charge of assault causing harm to another woman at Mill Park on July 21 2025.

Defence barrister Nikki O’Sullivan said that a favourable probation report had been prepared on the defendant.

Sentencing could not be reached so Judge Helen Boyle adjourned the case for that purpose until June.

The circumstances of the case that gave rise to the assault charge will be outlined at the sentencing hearing.
