The warning will come into effect from midnight on Wednesday and will remain in place until 6pm on Thursday.
Potential impacts include difficult travelling conditions, debris or displaced loose objects and some fallen branches or trees.
A small craft warning for all coasts of Ireland, issued on Sunday, will also remain in place until midnight on Wednesday.
