Visitors to Fota Wildlife Park will soon be able to get a bird’s eye view over the attraction with the return of a 35m-high wheel later this month.

The wheel provides spectacular views across the 100-acre park and its surroundings, giving a panoramic view of the expansive landscapes and diverse wildlife habitats in the iconic visitor attraction.

A spokesperson for Fota Wildlife Park said: “The return of the panoramic wheel offers visitors an innovative and memorable way to appreciate the wildlife in our care, and support the park’s ongoing wildlife conservation and education efforts.

“The experience also encompasses the park’s strong commitment to sustainability. From above, visitors can clearly see the recently installed solar panels on the administration buildings and the refurbished giraffe house, as well as the sustainably-built education, conservation, and research centre.”

Tickets are available from a dedicated ticket booth, with prices starting from €5 per person. For more information, visit https://www.fotawildlife.ie.
