Cork gardaí appeal for information after man assaulted in Mayfield on Saturday night
A man aged in his 30s was taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment, and a technical examination of the scene has been completed.
Gardaí are appealing for information after a man was hospitalised following an assault in Mayfield on Saturday night.
Gardaí responded to a report of an assault in Mayfield on Saturday night at approximately 10.30pm.
A man aged in his 30s was taken to Cork University Hospital for treatment, and a technical examination of the scene has been completed.
A Garda spokesperson told :
“Gardaí are appealing to the public for information in relation to this incident. They are asked to contact Mayfield Garda Station on (021) 4558510, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.”
Investigations are ongoing into the incident.
