A business management software company has announced the expansion of its Cork and Dublin workforce, with the creation of more than 70 new jobs, to be implemented by 2030.

ProStrategy, which has a base in Fermoy, announced recently that the company plans to double its workforce across Cork and Dublin by adding a total of 75 new jobs.

The announcement comes as the company, which is marking 40 years in business this year, has seen an increased demand for its services.

The new roles will span functions including business analysis, software engineering, and solution consultancy, and will be introduced in stages over the next five years.

Commercial director at ProStrategy, Sean Hanley said that the expansion highlights the ongoing demand for digital solutions.

“As we celebrate 40 years delivering technology solutions, we’re excited about what the next decade holds,” said Mr Hanley.

“The dawn of AI agents will bring change to how a typical Irish business operates, making software smarter, more proactive, and far easier to use.

“This shift means less time spent on admin and more focus on growth, strategy, and customers."
