Graham O’Mahony, of 62 Edward Walsh Rd, Togher, Cork, appeared at Cork District Court where he signed the pleas of guilty to charges of robbery on November 8, 2024, at Galvin’s Carry-Out, Bandon Rd, Cork, and robbery on November 19, 2024, at O’Donovan’s off-licence on Summerhill North.
Eddie Burke, solicitor, represented O’Mahony, whose case was sent forward by Judge Mary Dorgan at Cork District Court for sentencing at Cork Circuit Criminal Court, on the application of Sergeant Aisling Murphy.
The charge sheets state that €291 was taken in the first robbery, and €385 in the second.
Judge Dorgan sent the case forward for sentencing at the sessions of Cork Circuit Criminal Court commencing on April 28.
