Works are scheduled to take place from 9am on Monday, February 10, and will continue until 1pm.

An area on Cork city’s northside may suffer water supply disruptions on Monday, Uisce Éireann has warned.

The water utility company said that mains repair works are scheduled to take place from 9am on Moday, continuing until lunchtime, and are likely to cause some disruptions to local water supplies.

According to the company, the works, which are part of its National Leakage Reduction Programme, may cause supply disruptions to Killary Green, in Knocknaheeny, and surrounding areas in Cork city.

Works are scheduled to take place from 9am on Monday, February 10, and will continue until 1pm.

A traffic management plan will be in place for the duration of the works.

Uisce Éireann said it recommended that the public should allow two to three hours after the estimated restoration time for water supply to fully return.

To access updates on these works, the public is invited to visit the Uisce Éireann website, water.ie, and enter in the search bar the reference: CCI00089016.
