Arthur Faulkner of Adelaide Place, St Luke’s, Cork, pleaded guilty to a charge which stated that on May 24 at Patrick’s Hill, Cork/Coburg Street/MacCurtain Street junction, where the public habitually pass, he did commit an act, to wit, urinate flagrantly against a prominent commercial premises in such a way as to offend modesty.
The incident involving the 35-year-old occurred at around 11pm that night.
When he appeared last week at Cork District Court on this charge his solicitor Frank Buttimer said he was pleading guilty.
