Cork motorists advised to expect delays this morning due to number of incidents

Commuters in Cork this morning are facing delays due to a number of road traffic incidents.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has advised that a multi-vehicle collision earlier occurred between junction seven South Douglas and junction six (N27) Kinsale Rd.

Earlier, there was an incident at junction 19 on the N8/N25 Dunkettle.
TII has advised that this incident has now been cleared.

A status yellow fog warning, issued shortly after midnight, remains in place for Cork until 10am.
Met Éireann has advised that widespread mist and fog could cause hazardous travelling conditions.
