Gardaí seize taxi in Cork city
The taxi was seized on Grand Parade for not having a taxi license, insurance or NCT.
A taxi has been seized in Cork City by Gardaí for operating without a license, insurance or NCT.
The seizure took place on Grand Parade following a report to An Garda Siochana that the operator of the vehicle did not have the valid license. The driver is set to appear in court.
They shared on the An Garda Síochána Cork Facebook page, “Gardaí in Cork City received a report of a taxi operating without its TFI - Transport for Ireland license.
“When they tracked down the vehicle they also discovered that it had no insurance or valid NCT.
“The vehicle was seized and the driver will be expected in court.”
