Gardaí in Cork are currently at the scene of a three-vehicle collision on the main N20 Cork to Limerick Road.

The incident occurred in the Mallow area at approximately 1pm.

A Garda spokesperson has confirmed that no serious injuries have been reported at this time.

The road remains closed at the moment.

Motorists have been advised to avoid the area and to take an alternative route.

Motorists in Cork are being advised of delays on the N20 Cork to Limerick Road. 

It follows an earlier traffic incident. 

Gardaí are urging motorists to avoid the N20 Cork to Limerick road near Mallow, Co. Cork as they say there are significant tailbacks due to the earlier incident.
