Gardaí in Cork assist youth stuck in river bank

Gardaí in Cork responded to an incident involving a youth who became stuck in a river bank this evening.

Gardaí confirmed to The Echo that a youth was assisted after becoming stuck in the bank of the River Bride.

Gardaí attended the scene along with units of the fire service.

A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána confirmed that no medical assistance was required and no injuries were reported.
