Eurovision star Bambie Thug is set to join queens from Ireland’s leading drag haus Mockie Ah for Cork Pride.

The event at The Pav (Pavilion) on Sunday, August 4, will kick off at 8pm with a meet and greet.

‘’Our witch is coming home and we are so incredibly proud to welcome them over Pride weekend here in Cork,” said Mockie Ah host, Candy Warhol.

“They have been flying the flag for Irish LGBTQIA and Cork talent and we can’t wait to celebrate them.”

In addition to Bambie Thug, Mockie Ah performers will be joined by a range of other special guests including Charity Kase from RuPaul’s Drag Race, UK and Bestiah from RuPaul’s Drag Race, Spain.

Mockie Ah acts Mia Gold, Richard Joke, Letycha Le’Synn, Robert Von Hart, Lucy Loose, Abra Kedavre, Vicky Gold, Lola Le’Synn and several special guest DJs will also be present on the night.

Prior to their night-time performance at The Pav, the Mockie Ah queens will also be hosting a special Drag Brunch at Cork’s Old Town Whiskey Bar at Bodega from 12pm to 3pm.

‘’We try to amp things up each year, with something for everyone and this will definitely be our biggest lineup yet,” said Candy.

“Our night at The Pavilion is going to be an incredible pride celebration and our Drag Brunch at The Bodega will be the perfect way to kick off the Pride celebrations.”

Tickets for both events range from €22 to €40 and can be purchased through the Mockie Ah website at www.mockieah.com
