Arrest during incident on Patrick Street
Gardaí arrested a man at the scene on Patrick Street this evening.
A man has been arrested by Gardaí who were called to the scene of an incident which took place on Patrick Street at around 8pm on Wednesday evening, Gardaí at Anglesea Street have confirmed.
Very little detail was available about the incident which is understood to have occurred near the Savoy complex.
A large number of people were on Patrick Street at the time of the incident, it is understood.
