A 39-year-old man who admitted burglary at The Flying Enterprise in Cork will be sentenced on April 11.
Denis Foley of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to burglary at The Flying Enterprise, Barrack Street, Cork, on June 21 2023.
A possibility of victim impact report from the publican is to be canvased in advance of that hearing at Cork Circuit Criminal Court.
Judge Helen Boyle was told that Denis Foley faces sentencing in the same court on the same date – April 11 – and that a probation report was already directed in respect of the other case involving Mr Foley.
The circumstances of both cases will be outlined at the sentencing hearing on Thursday.
