The popular Roberts Cove Inn has announced it will close its doors at the end of next week.

The management team behind the seaside gastro pub took to social media this afternoon saying that it was with “huge regret and very heavy hearts” that they have taken the difficult decision to cease trading at The Roberts Cove Inn, with effect from Sunday, February 18.

“There were many difficulties in the background which have made the option of continuing to trade on an impossible one.

“We wish to pay tribute to our lovely staff and customers for their loyalty and support during our tenure here.

They added that a special going away party is planned to take place on Saturday, February 17.

“All are welcome, please come along and share some time with friends in this wonderful community,” the pub said.
