Uisce Éireann has completed repair works following a burst to a watermain in Killavullen village earlier today.
Uisce Éireann’s Cormac Bergin thanked customers for their patience while repair works were being carried out.

Uisce Éireann is working to restore water supply to approximately 100 homes in the Killavullen area of Cork following a burst to a watermain in Killavullen Village.
As a result of the burst, people in the area may experience low water pressure and/or interruptions to their water supply. Crews have been able to reconfigure the network to maintain supply to customers in Killavullen Village.
Dedicated water service crews are on the ground and repair works are expected to be completed by 4pm this afternoon.
It typically takes 2 – 3 hours following the estimated restoration time for normal water supply to fully restore to all areas, especially those on higher ground.
