Carrolls Irish Gifts has officially opened its 20th store in Ireland on Patrick Street.

The new store officially opened its doors this week with a family fun day for the community.

This expansion signifies a huge milestone for the brand and brings the total number of employees in Cork to 34.

CEO of Carrolls Irish Gifts, Peter Hyland said the store expansion was a testament to the “incredible support” received from the community and customers.

“We are really excited to open our second store in Patrick Street, Cork and our 20th store in Ireland.

“We are opening in time for the Christmas rush which has grown strength to strength in Cork each year with a massive emphasis on high-value products and supporting Irish brands.

“As we continue to grow, we are dedicated to being a meaningful part of the local economy and a platform for local talent to shine. This new store is not just about business, but about creating a space where Irish heritage and creativity come to life.”

Deirdre Herlihy, Manager of the new Cork store said that the opening marks an exciting chapter for both Carrolls Irish Gifts and the community of Cork.

“As we open our doors, we invite everyone to come in and explore Ireland's craftsmanship, creativity, and talent. 

"We're looking forward to becoming a central part of Cork's story and making special memories with every person who visits our new store.”
