€30,500 of cannabis and cocaine seized in Mallow 

As part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Mallow area, Gardaí have seized cannabis and cocaine with an estimated street value of approximately €30,500.

Over the last number of days Gardaí from Mallow, assisted by the Armed Support Unit and the Regional Dog Unit, carried out searches at a number of houses in the area. 

During the course of the searches Gardaí seized approximately €30,000 worth of suspected cannabis, €500 worth of suspected cocaine (both pending analysis) and a small amount of cash.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
