Road closures and diversions in place following 'serious' crash on N72

A woman has been taken to hospital following a serious two car collision on the N72.

The incident occurred on the Fermoy to Tallow road by the Clondulane junction around 12pm.

The N72 has been closed while emergency services deal with the collision and diversions are in place.

Gardaí described the crash as serious at this early stage.
