What is your ideal way to spend a Friday night?

My ideal Friday night is relaxing at home, watching a movie/TV show with my family after a hard training session.

Lie ins or up with the lark.. which is it for you?

I prefer to get up early as I get a bit of work or study done in the morning before college.

Does work creep into your weekend at all?

Yes, at the weekend I do some college work and study.

If money was no object where would you head to on a weekend city break? And who would you bring with you?

I would go to Monaco for the Formula One race weekend with my brother.

We have so many places to eat out in Cork - where are your go to spots for coffee/ lunch/ special meal?

My go to spots would be the Cosy Café in Kinsale, Beantown café in Grange, Puccinos in Douglas and Bean & Leaf in Carrigaline.

Sunday night comes around too fast.. how do you normally spend it?

Watching a movie again with my family.

What time does your alarm clock go off on Monday morning?

6.30am on a Monday morning.

Anything else you are up to right now...

I am currently rehabbing a knee injury and am hoping to get back out on the track over the next few weeks. The timing couldn’t have been worse, just before the National Senior and University Indoor Championships, but we have to roll with the punches sometimes!
