Cork family take on TV family fitness challenge

The Magner family of Cork with Anna Geary

The Magner family is the latest clan from Cork to try their luck in Ireland’s Fittest Family on RTÉ1 today at 6.35pm.

Coached by Cork camogie great Anna Geary, they take on families from Dublin, Kilkenny, and Limerick in the physical challenge.

First up, in ‘All Tyred Out’, the teams have to run through a series of tyre obstacles, before climbing a wall and sprinting back to tag the next family member.

It concludes with a team sprint to the top of the hill. The families then have their stamina tested on Bog Jog – a slog through the treacherous Bog of Hell and back.
