Comedian PJ Gallagher turns mental health warrior in this candid documentary, with a raw dive into Ireland’s fight for mental wellness, with ground-breaking therapies, humour and heart.

PJ Gallagher: Changing My Mind, airs on RTÉ1, at 9.35pm tonight, Monday, May 20.

Following a life-saving stay at St Patrick’s Mental Health Services, PJ embarks on a mission to sustain his mental health and wellbeing through ground-breaking therapies, including Psilocybin, and a fresh venture into mindfulness and talk therapy.

Facing the joys and challenges of welcoming twins, PJ’s journey expands to support others, partnering with advocacy groups to dismantle stigmas and champion mental health progress.

This documentary is a celebration of PJ’s progress and his commitment to extend that lifeline to those navigating their own mental health journeys, all told with the heart and humour that define him.
