Munster let a commanding lead slip against the Stormers to fall to their first defeat in the URC on Saturday evening.

The Stormers came from 15 points adrift at the break to edge this top of the table clash at Thomond Park.

Tries from Tadhg Beirne, John Hodnett and Jack Crowley weren't enough to see out the win at Thomond Park.

The South Africans take top spot in the table after a 27-21 victory in Limerick.

Elsewhere today, Connacht picked up just their second win of the campaign.

Sean Naughton lead from the front with 19 points as the Westerners beat the Sharks 44-17 in Galway.
