Obama Plaza sells the €8.2 million Lotto jackpot ticket

Last weekend marked the fourth Lotto jackpot win of 2026 after a player won the staggering €8,221,849 jackpot on offer in Saturday, July 25th, night’s draw.
The National Lottery announced on Wednesday, July 29th, that the winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Obama Plaza in Moneygall, Co. Offaly.
The National Lottery has also confirmed that the winner has since come forward, and arrangements are now being made for them to visit lottery headquarters to collect their prize.
