A luxury cruise ship will be docked on the River Shannon to accommodate guests during the Ryder Cup, in September 2027, with prices starting from €8,800 per person.

According to the Irish Examiner, the Oceania Marina, a five-star cruise vessel with 615 rooms and suites will be docked at Foynes Port, and will have the capacity to accommodate up to 1,230 guests during the tournament.

The official travel and accommodation provider to the Ryder Cup, Ryder Cup Travel Services, announced the premium packages this Tuesday.

Prices start at €8,800 per person for 10 nights, making it a total of €17,600 for two guests for the “inside stateroom queen” option.

The priciest option offers a penthouse suite queen for €16,950, making it a total of €33,900 for 10 nights for two people.

The guests will access all-inclusive accommodation, premium dining and official four-day Ryder Cup tickets.

The tickets will include daily transfers to the host venue, as well as entry for Thursday’s practice and the opening ceremony.

The cruise ship will be docked at Shannon Foynes Port, on the River Shannon, 30km from Adare Manor.
