Two people arrested after seizure of firearm and ammo in Dublin

A gun and ammunition have been seized following a search in Blanchardstown in Dublin.
The operation, which was carried out in Mulhuddart on Tuesday, is part of ongoing investigations targeting the activities of organised crime groups in the area.
A 9 millimetre handgun, bullets, and a silencer were uncovered.
Two people, a man and a teenage boy, were arrested and remain in garda custody.
