Six people have been injured following a house fire in Killarney, Co Kerry, on Saturday.

The incident happened on Saturday night at approximately 10:20 pm.

Six people, men, women and children, were conveyed to hospital for treatment of injuries sustained during the incident.

A technical examination of the scene has been conducted.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
