A woman has been arrested after several people were injured following a public order incident in Tralee, Co Kerry, on Sunday.

The incident occurred on Mitchel’s Road at 10.50 pm.

A number of individuals, both men and women, have been conveyed to hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries sustained during the incident.

A vehicle, as well as other items, were seized by gardaí.

A woman in her 40s was arrested and conveyed to a Garda Station in Co. Kerry.

She is currently being detained under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.

A technical examination of the scene has been conducted, and the investigation is ongoing.

Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information in relation to this incident to come forward.

Anyone who was in the Mitchel’s Road area of Tralee between 10:30pm and 10:50pm on Sunday 26th April 2026, is asked to contact investigating gardaí.
