Man (30s) in serious condition after assault in Cork
A man is in a serious condition in hospital following an assault in Cork City on Saturday.
The incident occurred at Grand Parade shortly after 7pm.
A man in his 30s was taken to Cork University Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.
A technical examination of the scene has been completed.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
