Three men charged over attempted murder of woman in Co Dublin

Three men have been charged over an alleged assault in Clondalkin in Dublin and will appear in court on Saturday.

A woman in her 40s, Alexis Campion, was allegedly attacked at a house on Tuesday, the 25th of November last year, and she continues to recover from her injuries in hospital.

One of the men who's been charged is in his 30s, one is in his 40s, and the other is a teenager.

They are due before the Criminal Courts of Justice on Saturday morning.

Gardaí seized a number of items during searches of 19 properties last Tuesday in the Clondalkin and Ballyfermot areas, including drugs worth €2,000.

In addition, gardaí seized two e-scooters and 13 electronic devices of evidential value.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
