DoneDeal launches conversation app for car buyers on ChatGPT

DoneDeal Cars has launched a new app on ChatGPT powered by listings from its website. Once connected to a user's AI account, they can type ‘@DoneDeal’ in ChatGPT and begin an AI conversation about their car search requirements.

Prompts can be  “@DoneDeal Show me German saloons for between 40 and 60k”. The app aims to help buyers narrow their search, showcases relevant filters, and returns tailored results.

Rob Hume, General Manager of DoneDeal, said: “As more people use conversational AI to make everyday decisions simpler, we’re excited to offer a truly conversational way to explore Ireland’s biggest car marketplace.”
