An appeal has been issued after shots were fired through a home in Derry on Friday night.

Police received a report that gunshots were fired through the living room window of a property in the St Brecan’s Park area of the city at around 8:30pm on Friday.

No residents were in the property at the time, police said.

The PSNI are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have relevant video footage that could help their investigation to get in touch with them on 101, quoting reference 1611 13/02/26.
