Man injured following collision with Garda vehicle in Co Waterford

A man was brought to hospital following a collision with a Garda van in Co Waterford.

The incident occurred in The Glen, Waterford City, at 9:10 p.m.

A car collided with a Garda Patrol Van in the course of this incident.

The driver of the car, a man aged in his 40s, was conveyed to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries following this collision.

No Garda members reported any injuries.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
