Four people have been arrested as police probe the murder of a man in Coleraine.

Wayne Reid, 43, was found dead at an address in the Society Court area last week in Co Derry.

Police believe he may have been involved in an altercation sometime between Thursday, January 8th,  and Saturday, January 10t,h in the Society Court or Society Street areas of the Co Londonderry town.

Three women, aged 39, 33 and 28, and a 41-year-old man were arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder.

A 33-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder on Wednesday remains in custody.
