A man in his 30s was arrested and is being held at a Garda station in the Garda Eastern Region.
Man (30s) arrested after over €200k worth of drugs seized in Co Carlow

A man has been arrested after over €200,000 worth of drugs were seized in Hacketstown, Co. Carlow, on Tuesday.

Gardaí searched a house, where suspected cannabis with a street value of €136,000, cocaine with a value of €38,000, Valium tablets with a value of €2,000, vapes and vape liquid valued at €39,000 and €21,750 in cash were seized.

A man in his 30s was arrested and is being held at a Garda station in the Garda Eastern Region.

The seized drugs will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.

Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
