Conor McGregor is set to marry his long-term partner Dee Devlin at the Vatican Church on Friday.

According to the Irish Independent, the marriage between the mixed martial arts fighter (37) and Ms Devlin (38) is taking place in the historic Chiesa di Santo Stefano Degli Abissini, just behind the Basilica of St Peter on the way to the Vatican Gardens.

The couple have four children together.

Last year, Nikita Hand successfully sued McGregor in a civil court over an incident in which he was alleged to have “brutally raped and battered” her in a penthouse at a south Dublin hotel in December 2018.

After the trial, Devlin took to social media to announce her support for her partner.

The total amount of damages awarded to Ms Hand by the jury was €248,603.60.

Dee Devlin said that she and McGregor have "created a beautiful life together".

"I love him I trust him and I believe him," she said.

"No one is entitled to comment on our relationship - we trust one another and love one another. Nothing or nobody will change that. Our family stands strong!"
