A house in Co Limerick, was subject to an arson attack on Thursday evening.

Gardaí said on Friday that they were investigating an arson attack at a home in Castleconnell, situated about 15kms from Limerick City.

No injuries were reported.

A Garda spokeswoman said: “Gardaí received a report of an incident of criminal damage by fire that occurred at a domestic residence in Castleconnell, Co. Limerick on Thursday 11th December 2025 at approximately 9.15pm.”

“No injuries have been reported at this time.”

“Investigations are ongoing.”
